主料
海螺Whelk :適量老雞Free-Range Chicken :適量
豬肉Pork :適量
松茸片Tricholoma Matsutake :適量
輔料
1. 將老雞、豬肉和海螺等切成小塊。Cut the chicken, porkand whelk into small pieces.
2. 將以上原料放入燒開的沸水煮2分鐘。Put the aboveingredients into boiling water and boil for 2 minutes.
3. 所有原料放入燉盅中,加入蒸餾水。Put all ingredients inan earthen pot and add distilled water.
4. 蒸6小時即成。Simmer for 6 hours.
