主料
魚翅Shark's Fin :適量蝦仁Shrimp :適量
蟹籽Crab Roe :適量
西蘭花Broccoli :適量
輔料
麪粉Flour :適量調味料Seasoning :適量
1. 把蝦仁製成蝦餡,加入調料。Make the shrimp to mince, and flavor with seasoning.
2. 把麪粉混合製成麪皮。Mix the flour, and make the dumpling wrapper.
3. 西蘭花切成小塊後放入水中。Cut the broccoli into small pieces, and then put into water.
4. 先將乾魚翅浸泡12個小時,再用姜蒜煲8小時左右,放入上湯中小煮。Soak the shark's fin in water for 12 hours, stew together with garlic and chives for 8 hours, and cook it in broth.
5. 用調好的蝦餡包成形後蒸熟,最後上面放上魚翅、蟹籽 和西蘭花即成。Steam the shirmp dumpling and put shark's fin, crab roe and broccoli on the top.
